The experience that a person gets while working in a specific field, is work experience. The experience certificate is a letter that is written to the organization or company on behalf of an employee. The letter includes the employee associated with the previous company and also his/ her intelligence, skills, and working habits. This certificate is the one that helps in securing your new job or bridge the education GAP. The certificate must be written about no more than a paragraph and not an entire page long like the format of reference letter.

The next thing you must write is about an ex-employee, stating their full name. Then writing about the capacity where the person worked for an organization and the exact job title defines the person’s skills. Also, you must mention the period he/ she worked for the company with the exact dates.
Next thing you must write is about the working habit, character, intelligence, and resourcefulness of the person. Choosing your words carefully and showing the positiveness reference to your knowledge about the person gives the definite meaning of the certificate. The closing sentence must be the summation of your opinions, and thoughts about the person of whom you are writing. Finally, the experience certificate can be ended with “I wish him every success in life” or can be “He/ She’ll be successful at any endeavor he/ she embarks upon”.
